The Sterile Processing Supervisor oversees daily sterile processing operations in a healthcare facility, including decontamination, cleaning, sterilization, instrument assembly, inventory, equipment maintenance, infection control, quality control, staff supervision and orientation, and coordination with operating room personnel. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, 3–5 years of sterile processing or operating room experience, CRCST or CSPDT certification, and Fire Life Safety Training in Los Angeles. The stated hourly rate range is $33.00–$54.02.
