Description
El Camino Health is hiring a full-time, night-shift Sterile Processing Technician I for its Sterile Processing Department. This developmental-level role supports decontamination, preparation and assembly, sterilization, storage, and distribution of critical and semi-critical surgical equipment, reusable medical equipment, surgical trays, and other patient-care supplies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, either three months of relevant acute-care experience or completion of a sterile processing program, basic computer skills, effective communication and customer service, a valid driver's license and insurance, and obtaining SPD certification within one year of hire.
