The Sterile Processing Department Technician II processes, decontaminates, sterilizes, distributes, and documents medical instruments and equipment used in patient-care areas. The role also handles patient-charge input, inventory control, equipment operation, infection-control standards, and training support. It is a per-diem/PRN position with variable shifts, an 8-hour shift requirement, and an hourly pay range of $28.290 to $31.110. The position requires an H.S. diploma or equivalent, two years of hospital or acute-care surgical experience, and a CSPDT, CST, or CRCST certification.
