Description
BD is hiring a Sterilization Operator to assist the Team Leader and operate sterilization processes, ancillary and material-handling equipment, chemical receipt, inventory, and post-sterile inspection. The role also supports maintenance, safety, audits, process improvements, training, and monthly departmental reports. It requires a high school diploma or GED, strong leadership and reasoning skills, and 2–4 years of equipment and inventory-management experience is desirable. The position works Fri–Sun and every other Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. in Covington, Georgia, with an additional Madison location listed.
