Description
The Cobalt Sterilization Operator loads and unloads sterile medical products, verifies lot and quantity information, tracks pallet locations, monitors sterilization and material-handling equipment, loads trailers, inspects trailers, maintains records, and troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment. The role requires high school education, accurate counting, English proficiency, plant Good Manufacturing Practices orientation, and a forklift license; it reports to the Special Products Supervisor and receives direction from the Sterilization Operator.
