Description
The Lead Sterilization Project Manager will lead and manage a full sterilization project portfolio, including new product launches, validations, revalidations, and process improvements. The role develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, prioritizes portfolio work, tracks KPIs, provides technical oversight of EO sterilization processes, manages relationships with sterilization and laboratory service suppliers, and leads change control and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or microbiology field, three years of EO sterilization validation or operations experience, and proficiency with project management tools; it is remote from anywhere in California.
