The Sterilization Technician will oversee the decontamination, maintenance, distribution, sterilization, and inventory of reusable dental and medical instruments. Responsibilities include instrument processing, autoclave operation, chemical and biological indicator testing, compliance with WISHA/OSHA and Joint Commission standards, equipment troubleshooting, recalls, and support for clinical teams. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic Microsoft Office and web-application proficiency, and familiarity with electronic health or dental record systems.
