Ballantyne Endodontics is hiring a part-time Sterilization Technician in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on cleaning, disinfecting, sterilizing, and preparing dental instruments and equipment; operating autoclaves; maintaining sterilization supplies and records; and supporting instrument flow during patient appointments. The position is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with potential growth into a Dental Assistant role, and offers a base pay range of $15–$17 USD plus a 401(k) plan.
