The Sterilization Technician supports the oral surgery team by preparing, sterilizing, and maintaining surgical instruments and equipment according to high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include operating sterilization equipment, monitoring cycles, inspecting instruments, assembling surgical trays, and adhering to OSHA guidelines. The technician also assists with room preparation, maintains a clean environment, communicates with clinical staff, manages inventory, and participates in ongoing training.
