Mauna Kea Resort is hiring a Steward in its Culinary & Stewarding division. The role performs dishwashing, kitchen and function-area cleaning, waste disposal, buffet setup and breakdown, transport of food and supplies, dish and utensil organization, inventory assistance, equipment reporting, and safe operation of cleaning and transport equipment. The position requires flexible shifts, occasional work over 40 hours per week, physical ability to stand, walk, lift and carry over 50 pounds, verbal communication, multitasking, and a Department of Health TB Clearance; a Food Safety Certificate is preferred.
