Fairmont Grand Del Mar is hiring a Steward to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen workstations, equipment, dishware, utensils, and related areas. The role includes washing dishes, operating dishwashers, polishing silverware, transporting cleaned items, mopping, removing trash, stocking supplies, cleaning coolers and freezers, and assisting with restaurant and banquet kitchen cleaning. The position requires a Food Handlers Card, English communication, inventory counting, equipment knowledge, and some stewarding experience; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
