Description
The Steward supports kitchen operations at Eldorado Resort by operating dishwashing equipment, sanitizing dishes and equipment, cleaning floors and work areas, removing waste, organizing the dish area, and assisting with food preparation and event dishware as needed. The role requires fast-paced-environment experience, attention to detail, teamwork, physical ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds, availability for evening shifts, holidays, and weekends, and FOODSAFE and WHMIS training.
