Description
The F&B Steward cleans and replenishes supplies for food and beverage departments, performs assigned cleaning and equipment-maintenance activities, maintains restaurant and kitchen areas, collects organic and recyclable waste, controls cleaning-product use, uses protective equipment, and washes cutlery, crystalware, porcelain, pots and pans, and cold rooms. The role requires elementary education and knowledge of protective equipment, good stewarding practices, and cleaning techniques.
