Description
The Kitchen Sanitation Team Member maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hotel kitchen, including washing and storing dishware, cleaning cooking equipment and work areas, sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash, sanitizing surfaces, rotating stock, and reporting equipment or supply issues. The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, communication, safety and sanitation skills, a varied schedule including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; an unexpired Food Handler’s permit or one obtained upon hire is required.
