Description
The Dishwasher performs kitchen sanitation and dishwashing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing plateware, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, equipment, and work areas; operating dishwashing machines; setting up and replenishing workstations; monitoring chemicals and water temperatures; maintaining clean floors and walk-ins; assisting with inventory; and supporting banquet service. The role requires basic reading, writing, math, communication, and physical abilities, and may require night, weekend, or holiday work.
