Description
The Banquet Service Associate supports stewards and kitchen staff by improving cleaning efficiency, monitoring water and chemical use, assisting with banquet food distribution, supplying cooks, transporting merchandise, maintaining stock and clean areas, operating cleaning equipment, and helping with employee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. The role also requires guest service, safety compliance, professional appearance, and physical work involving lifting, standing, walking, reaching, and moving across uneven surfaces. A high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related work experience are desired, along with at least one year of supervisory experience.
