Raffles & Fairmont Doha is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee daily stewarding operations across kitchens, restaurants, and back-of-house areas. The role supervises stewarding staff, manages cleaning schedules and equipment, maintains food safety and hygiene standards, coordinates with culinary and food and beverage teams, handles waste and recycling, and enforces workplace safety procedures. A hospitality management diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred, along with stewarding or kitchen operations experience, food safety knowledge, HACCP familiarity, leadership skills, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
