Apt Resources is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor for a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel on the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia. The role oversees stewarding operations across kitchen and banquet areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, health and safety compliance, waste management, and smooth support for food and beverage operations. The supervisor will lead and train a steward team, manage cleaning supply inventory, coordinate with kitchen and food service teams, and prepare operational reports. The position requires at least 3 years of stewarding supervision experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the candidate must currently be in the UAE.
