Compass Group is hiring a full-time Stewarding Supervisor at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center in Austin, Texas. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training, creates schedules, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints or time-off requests. The position pays $19.00 per hour and may include night shifts; previous stewarding and supervisory experience is preferred.
