Description
The Banquet and Buffet Manager directs and assists stewards, monitors water temperature and chemical levels, supports banquet plate-ups and buffet operations, maintains cleaning equipment, and assists with hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development. The role also requires following safety and security procedures, maintaining professional standards, supporting guests, and performing physically demanding work. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least two years of related work experience are preferred, along with at least one year of supervisory experience.
