Description
The Philanthropy Stewardship Associate will cultivate and steward donors, primarily for the Kids Shaping Shepherd initiative, by developing engagement strategies, managing donor relationships, planning and executing events, preparing communications, overseeing donor recognition, tracking donor data, and collaborating with gift officers, volunteers, and other teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of donor relations, event planning, or volunteer coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with donor management software.
