Description
The Stitcher I and Stitcher II roles operate industrial sewing machines to sew leather and non-leather components for a variety of products in a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include machine setup, threading, tension and stitch adjustments, needle and bobbin changes, presser-foot and pressure adjustments, routine cleaning and oiling, defect reporting, material handling, and adherence to safety and quality requirements. The roles require basic math, reading, and writing skills; 2–3 years of industrial sewing experience is preferred; and candidates must pass a background check and drug screen before starting.
