Elders is hiring a permanent, full-time Stock Agent for its Charters Towers team to advise livestock clients across the region. The role involves building client relationships, assessing and preparing livestock for sale, facilitating sales through auctions, paddock sales, feedlot programs, or online platforms, providing market and price guidance, and cross-selling products and services. Candidates need livestock-handling or sales-processing experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, accurate livestock assessment ability, a current driver’s licence and selling licence or willingness to obtain one, and proof of Q-Fever immunity or willingness to obtain it.
