The Stock Associate supports store operations by receiving and replenishing products, maintaining an organized stock room, processing inbound and outbound shipments, learning shipment systems, maintaining presentation standards, and assisting with customer service and other store tasks. The role requires scheduling flexibility, physical ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds, and availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. The position offers a base hourly range of $13.50 to $15.52, along with bonus programs, product discounts, entertainment, travel, fitness, and mobile technology discounts, and a 401(k) plan with company matching donations.
