Description
Empower is hiring a Stock Plan Services Associate to support the day-to-day operations of its stock plan services platform. The role processes stock plan transactions, resolves operational issues, supports equity transactions such as RSU vestings and option exercises, coordinates DWAC and DTC transfers, reconciles trade executions and participant accounts, and supports audits, compliance requests, and process improvements. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent financial services experience, at least two years of financial services experience, FINRA Series 7 registration and fingerprinting, and experience with stock plan administration, equity trading, or brokerage operations. It is a remote position with a base salary range of $55,300 to $76,075.
