Description
The Stock Supervisor owns the store stockroom and inventory flow, reporting to the Store Manager. The role receives and processes weekly shipments, manages RTV shipments, maintains organized and safe storage, tracks store supplies, coordinates with the sales team to keep the sales floor stocked and visually merchandised, and communicates inventory needs and discrepancies. The position requires 1–2 years of retail stockroom, inventory, or backroom experience, strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform extended standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and ladder work, and flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
