This role involves working independently to manage product display and stocking, contributing to the store's financial goals, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines for guest experience, safety, and food safety. Responsibilities include assisting with receiving and unloading merchandise, properly filling and rotating shelf stock, notifying management regarding ordering needs, and handling damaged products. The individual will also maintain clean and attractive department presentation, adhere to safety and cleaning expectations, and follow guest experience guidelines.
