The Food and Beverage Server manages food and beverage service for hotel guests, including familiarizing guests with menus, wines, and spirits; taking and delivering orders; entering orders into the computer system; responding to additional service needs; preparing checks; clearing, cleaning, and resetting stations; and handling cash, credit card, and room-charge procedures. The role requires English communication skills, a professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment, and knowledge of upscale food and beverage service.
