METRO is hiring a full-time intern for an assistant role at its Rome Laurentina store. The intern will support the team in serving HoReCa customers, build customer relationships, learn sales techniques, set up product displays, and replenish department stock under the guidance of a tutor. The internship includes sector-specific training, product knowledge, digital development tools, and opportunities for internal growth, and requires a high school diploma, communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to collaborate, and eagerness to learn.
