ALEMI is hiring a Store Assistant Manager to support the opening and initial six-month phase of a new pop-up store in Munich. The role represents the store manager, leads shifts independently, supports staffing and team training, manages cash and daily close, oversees product presentation and store operations, conducts sales and customer consultation, and supports inventory and stock processes. The position requires retail experience, independent team leadership, reliability, strong German and English skills, and flexibility for weekend and evening shifts; successful completion of the initial phase may lead to a permanent store role.
