Description
The Store Associate supports the daily operation of an assigned retail store by assisting customers, stocking and rotating merchandise, operating cash registers, processing incoming merchandise, maintaining a clean and safe store, and following safety and company procedures. The role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, may be cross-trained for other retail functions, and requires basic math, English communication, customer service, register and calculator use, record accuracy, and the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
