The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and achieving sales goals. The role includes processing transactions, maintaining product and store standards, tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The position is based at Store #705038 in Maplewood, New Jersey, and requires an applicant to be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds on occasion.
