Description
The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, recommending products, processing sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, meeting sales goals, and managing inventory and store operations. Duties include tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The role requires applicants to be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds on occasion.
