Sherwin-Williams is hiring a part-time Store Associate for Store #2803 in Charlotte, North Carolina, at $14.10 per hour. The role provides in-person and phone customer service, processes sales, recommends paint and related products, mixes and tints products, stocks shelves, maintains displays and inventory, and supports deliveries. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work without sponsorship, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally; evening and weekend work may be required. A high school diploma or GED, relevant retail or customer-service experience, paint-selling experience, tinting and mixing experience, and Spanish-language ability are preferred.
