Description
The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by identifying needs, answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and meeting sales goals. The role includes processing transactions, maintaining product and work-order records, tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and assisting with deliveries, and maintaining inventory and store presentation. Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds on occasion.
