The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and achieving sales goals. The role includes processing sales, maintaining product and store standards, tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The position is based within a 15-mile radius of Store #1164 in Lansing, Michigan, requires an unrestricted driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and may include evenings and weekends.
