The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by answering product questions, recommending solutions, resolving concerns, and achieving sales goals. The role includes processing transactions, maintaining product and work-order records, tinting and mixing paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. The position is based at Store #5630 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, requires an unrestricted driver’s license and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and may include evenings and weekends.
