Description
The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail stores by serving wholesale and retail customers, recommending paint and related products, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, and achieving sales goals. The role includes mixing and tinting products, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. Applicants must be at least 17, legally authorized to work in the country of employment, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, be able to lift up to 23 kg and occasionally 32 kg, and communicate in French; a high school diploma or GED, relevant delivery, retail, customer service, paint-selling, or tinting and mixing experience are preferred.
