Description
The Store Associate supports Sherwin-Williams retail and wholesale customers by identifying their needs, recommending products, resolving concerns, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, and achieving sales goals. The role includes retrieving products, mixing and tinting paint, stocking shelves, cleaning equipment, loading and unloading delivery trucks, and assisting with deliveries. Applicants must be at least 17, legally authorized to work, hold an unrestricted driver’s license, meet physical lifting requirements, and communicate in French; a high school diploma or CAEC, relevant delivery, retail, customer service, paint-selling, and tinting experience are preferred.
