Description
The Store Associate will work at Store #1987 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, providing in-person and telephone customer service, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommending solutions, processing sales, maintaining inventory and store standards, tinting and mixing products, stocking shelves, and supporting deliveries. The role requires customers to be at least 18, legal work authorization without sponsorship, an unrestricted driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 70 pounds occasionally, and availability for scheduled hours including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or GED, relevant retail or customer-service experience, paint-selling experience, tinting and mixing equipment experience, and Spanish-language ability are preferred.
