Description
Upfront is hiring a Store Coordinator for its Rotterdam Foodstores. The role leads the team during shifts, assigns tasks, onboards employees, coaches staff, coordinates schedules and processes with other coordinators, supports customers, and ensures the store and product deliveries run smoothly. The position requires 40 hours per week across morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts, with prior hospitality, specialty-store, or retail shift leadership and scheduling experience preferred. Compensation is €2,800 to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience.
