Description
The Store Floor Lead supports the General Manager or Store Manager as the Manager on Duty, leading the sales floor and daily store operations while coaching associates, supporting onboarding and training, and maintaining customer experience and brand standards. The role also drives sales performance, manages merchandise stock and inventory transactions, ensures compliance with wage and hour and store policies, and requires physical storework including standing, moving merchandise, and operating POS systems.
