Description
Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring a full-time Store Lead to oversee daily coffee shop operations, lead and develop team members, manage schedules, cash, training, safety, inventory, and guest service, while also performing barista duties such as preparing beverages and food, operating POS and retail equipment, and resolving guest concerns. The role requires at least six months of employment with Black Rock Coffee Bar unless otherwise approved, 40 hours per week with at least 32 hours on-bar, and flexibility for varied schedules and local travel.
