Description
Black Rock Coffee Bar is hiring a Store Lead to oversee daily coffee-shop operations, lead and develop team members, manage scheduling, hiring, onboarding, training, cash handling, inventory, safety, customer service, and sales execution. The role also performs barista duties, including preparing beverages and food, operating espresso and POS equipment, maintaining cleanliness, resolving customer issues, and supporting peak-period service. It is a full-time, hourly, nonexempt position working 40 hours per week, primarily in a retail store environment with variable shifts and occasional travel.
