Description
The Store Lead oversees a store or assigned department, reporting to the Store Manager, and serves as a bridge between management and associates. The role combines leadership, customer service, sales, inventory control, merchandising, receiving, stocking, food safety, and administrative duties. It requires previous grocery or retail experience, offers a $20 hourly pay range, and prefers a high school diploma or GED, 2–5 years of experience, flexible scheduling, and forklift or pallet jack experience.
