Description
The Store Lead oversees a store or assigned department, reporting to the Store Manager, and serves as a bridge between management and associates. The role combines leadership, customer service, sales, inventory control, merchandising, receiving, stocking, store operations, cashier support, and food-safety compliance. It pays $20 hourly and requires previous grocery or retail experience; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred, along with flexible scheduling and the ability to work in a physically demanding retail environment.
