Description
Activate is hiring a full-time Store Leader for its Halifax store in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Regional Leader, the role oversees daily store operations, customer experience, team scheduling and performance, hiring, training, maintenance, inventory, and safety. The position requires at least two years of customer-facing leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with hand and power tools and Microsoft Office, and availability for shifts beginning as early as 8 a.m. and ending as late as 1 a.m. Compensation is $65,000–$75,000 per year, with extended health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
