TGJones is hiring a permanent Store Leader to lead and inspire retail staff, deliver exceptional customer service, meet trading objectives, maintain store standards, and support colleague development. The role requires retail leadership experience, knowledge of ATV and TPC KPIs, hands-on shop-floor leadership, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and flexibility to support other stores. The position pays £27,662 and requires 39 hours per week across any five of seven days, including weekends.
