The role oversees customer service, employee training and coaching, merchandising and marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, rewards loyalty promotion, store safety and sanitation, and profitability. The position offers a $57,200-$62,920 annual salary range and $13.50-$19.00 hourly pay, along with retirement, paid time off, medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and adoption assistance.
