7-Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to serve as a store leader and part of the store leadership team. The role oversees customer service, employee training and coaching, merchandising and marketing programs, cash handling, fuel transactions, rewards loyalty promotion, store safety and sanitation, and profitability through P&L and store reports. Candidates should have previous supervisory experience, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding store work.
